AURA Service

AURA Service by ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. is a Windows background service that powers ASUS Aura Sync lighting across compatible hardware. Running as LightingService, it discovers supported devices (such as ASUS motherboards, graphics cards, AIO coolers, LED strips, and select peripherals), communicates with their RGB/ARGB controllers, and applies the lighting effects you configure in Armoury Crate or the standalone Aura Sync app. It keeps colors and animations synchronized, manages profiles, and maintains lighting behavior through startup, sleep, and shutdown.

• If disabled, RGB lighting control and synchronization will be unavailable
• For best compatibility, keep Armoury Crate/Aura Sync and AURA Service up to date

Troubleshooting tips:

• If devices aren’t detected, update the software, verify RGB/ARGB header connections, and restart the LightingService from Windows Services.
